Artwork & Design Upload Policy

When submitting artwork, images, logos, or text for personalised products, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use the submitted materials.

CB Print Concept Ltd does not verify ownership or licensing of customer-provided content.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • they own the copyright to the artwork submitted, or
  • they have obtained permission from the copyright holder to reproduce the artwork.

The customer accepts full legal responsibility for the content submitted for printing.

Prohibited Content

CB Print Concept Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order that contains:

  • copyrighted or trademarked material submitted without permission
  • offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content
  • illegal or harmful material

Printing Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, spelling, and design details are correct before confirming their order.

CB Print Concept Ltd is not responsible for errors contained in customer-provided artwork or text.

Image Quality

The quality of the final printed product depends on the resolution and quality of the artwork provided by the customer.

Low-resolution images may result in lower print quality.

Copyright Indemnity

By submitting artwork, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CB Print Concept Ltd from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of submitted materials.
