Clock Hands

The clock is supplied as standard with black plastic hour and minute hands. The exact shape of the hands may vary slightly depending on availability.

If you prefer a different finish, the colour of the clock hands can be changed after purchase using a suitable spray paint for plastic, allowing you to coordinate them with your preferred décor or colour scheme.

Note: Colours displayed on a monitor, tablet or phone may differ slightly from the printed product due to individual screen settings.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 👉1 hour of placing the order

• After this time, we may have already ordered the garment or started the design process.

• Once customisation work begins, the order cannot be cancelled

If you need to amend any details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help where feasible.

All of our custom orders are exempt from the return policy as they are made to order and personalized to order and cannot be resold.

All parcels are securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

  • European Union: 5–7 business days

Order Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a different address.

CB Print Concept cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, customs procedures, or local postal services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • the shipping label
  • the damaged item

We will submit a claim to the courier on your behalf and assist you in resolving the issue.

Replacements are only issued if the courier accepts the damage claim.

Refunds are not provided for courier-related damage.
