Return & Refund Policy

Important
Most items sold by CB Print Concept Ltd are made to order and/or personalised. For this reason, returns and refunds are limited as described below.

1. Personalised items: no returns for change of mind
Because personalised/custom items are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size/option selected by the customer
  • Customer-provided text errors (names, dates, spelling)
  • Customer-provided artwork issues (low resolution, wrong file, wrong colours on screen)
This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

2. What counts as a production error
A production error means a mistake caused by us (e.g., misprint, wrong personalisation compared to the approved/order details, major printing defect).

3. Damaged parcels / transit damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • Outer packaging
  • Shipping label
  • The damaged item(s)
We will submit a damage claim to the courier where applicable. Replacements are issued only where the claim is accepted or where we confirm a production fault.

4. Incorrect or missing items
Report incorrect or missing items within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and packaging evidence. If confirmed, we will replace the item or refund the affected part of the order.

5. Proofs/approvals
If a proof/preview was provided, your approval confirms that you accept the spelling, layout, and design details. Approved orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

6. Resolution process
Where a genuine issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement (reprint)
  • Partial refund (where appropriate)
  • Full refund (only when replacement is not possible)

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have an issue, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Submitting a chargeback while an investigation is ongoing may delay resolution. We keep production records, proofs, and dispatch evidence for dispute handling.
