1. Statutory framework

This Policy is aligned with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015). Nothing herein affects your statutory rights.

2. Custom and personalised products

Under CCR 2013, Reg. 28(1)(b), Custom Products are exempt from the 14‑day cancellation right once production has begun or the item has been made to your specification, except where goods are faulty or misdescribed.

3. Standard (non‑custom) products

  • Cooling‑off: 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel.
  • Notice: Send a clear written statement to contact@printconcept.uk.
  • Return: within 14 days of cancellation; unused, in original packaging.
  • Refund: within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, via the original payment method.
  • Deductions: we may deduct for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary (CCR 2013, Reg. 34(9)).

4. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods (CRA 2015)

  • Short‑term right to reject: within 30 days, full refund.
  • Right to repair/replace: after 30 days; if unsuccessful, price reduction or final right to reject.

5. Delivery issues and risk

Risk remains with us until goods are delivered to you (CRA 2015, s.29). If parcels are lost or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund and pursue the courier under our contract.

6. How to cancel or return

  1. Email contact@printconcept.uk with order number, items, and reason.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions/address.
  3. Package securely; keep proof of postage.

7. Failure to inform about the 14‑day right

If a trader fails to provide the required information about cancellation rights, CCR 2013, Reg. 30 extends the cancellation period to 12 months. We therefore state your rights clearly here.

8. Governing law

England & Wales law; English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
