💡 How it works

You send us your audio file (voice, song, message). We transform it into a custom-designed soundwave print, add your chosen colours and personal text, and generate a QR code so you can always listen to your memory.

🔗 How to Share Your Audio File

To generate your QR code, we need a shareable link to your audio. Choose the platform you prefer:

📂 Google Drive (recommended)
  1. Go to drive.google.com.
  2. Click “+ New” → “File upload” and select your audio (MP3, M4A, WAV).
  3. Right-click file → “Get link”.
  4. Change from Restricted to Anyone with the link.
  5. Copy & paste the link into your order form.
📦 Dropbox
  1. Go to dropbox.com and log in.
  2. Click Upload → Files and choose your audio.
  3. After upload, click Share → Create link.
  4. Ensure it says Anyone with the link can view.
  5. Copy & paste the link into your order form.
🎵 YouTube / SoundCloud
  1. Upload audio to YouTube or SoundCloud.
  2. For YouTube: set video to Unlisted.
  3. For SoundCloud: set track to Public or generate a share link.
  4. Copy & paste the link into your order form.

Customization

Please provide any other information on the personalization boxe.
We will send you proof of the design on a digital mock-up. Upon receiving your design proof, please check to ensure that all information and spelling is correct. We will not be responsible for any errors. Once it is approved, we will produce it. Please check your email messages for your digital mock-up! If I don't hear from you within the next 24 hours, we will consider your mock-up design approved, and we will send yourorder to production.

Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us right away.

Processing time takes 3-5 business day, not including shipping time.

If you require urgently your order urgently contact us before purchasing check we have capacity. 

Cancellations

Accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. We can then cancel and refund your order. Outside of this timeframe, we can cancel the order, but we won’t be able to refund it.

Return and Delivery Policies

Returns

No Returns on custom made products. All our custom printed bespoke orders are final and not eligible for returns, these items are exempt from returns policy, due to the fact these are custom made and personalized to order and cannot be resold. 

Delivery

Usually, orders take a maximum of 5 business days to complete and will ship promptly once completed. All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer. Your item(s) will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please be sure that the given address is correct before completing the purchase. We will process your order speedily and it’ll soon be arriving on your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we are proud of our high-quality products. We cannot redirect your items to a third party unless the address is added at checkout.
