Description

Elevate your wedding stationery with our premium printed invitations, crafted on smooth 270 gsm white paper (A5 size: 5" x 7"). Each order includes a 120 gsm matte envelope, available in white or 10 elegant colors (FSC® certified). All products are designed and manufactured in the UK.

Our collections cater to every wedding need—from Save the Dates and Order of Service cards to Menus, Place Cards, Thank You Notes, and Direction Cards.

How It Works

1.     Selec  your design, quantity, and envelope color.

  1. Email us your high-resolution (300dpi) artwork and text details (.JPG/PNG) to contact@printconcept.store. Note: Spellcheck before sending—we print exactly as provided.
  2. Approve your digital proof (watermarked PNG) before printing.
  3. Receive your order within 3–5 business day (production + delivery).

Policies

🔹 Cancellations: Accepted within 12 hours for a full refund. Afterward, cancellations are final.
🔹 Delivery: Carefully packaged and dispatched within 5 business days. Address changes must be confirmed at checkout.
🔹 Returns: Not accepted for custom orders (personalized items are non-refundable).

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 👉1 hour of placing the order

• After this time, we may have already ordered the garment or started the design process.

• Once customisation work begins, the order cannot be cancelled

If you need to amend any details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help where feasible.

Return and Delivery Policies

Returns & Exchanges

All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer.

All of our custom orders are exempt from the return policy as they are made to order and personalized to order and cannot be resold.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are individually printed and prepared to order.

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

All parcels are securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Romania: 2–3 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
  • European Union: 5–7 business days
  • International destinations: delivery times vary depending on location

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, postal delays, or seasonal peak periods.

Important Information

Delivery time consists of two stages: Production time + Shipping time.

Standard production time: 2–3 business days.
During busy periods or seasonal peaks, production may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping time:

Shipping (UK/EU): 5–7 business days Shipping (RO): 2–3 business days

Total estimated delivery time (UK/EU): 8–12 business days

Total estimated delivery time (RO): 4–6 business days

Order Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a different address.

CB Print Concept cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, customs procedures, or local postal services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • the shipping label
  • the damaged item

We will submit a claim to the courier on your behalf and assist you in resolving the issue.

Replacements are only issued if the courier accepts the damage claim.

Refunds are not provided for courier-related damage.
