The clock mechanism is unattached to prevent any damage, these just need to be attached upon receipt of your clock. Requires 1 x AA Battery (not included)

Here's a short guide for customization based on your specific text or design:

- If you want to add a personalized text, type your message into the designated text box. If you want to print a logo or your own design, click on the ‘’Choose file’’ button, select and upload the file from your device. Send a high quality / resolution image (preferably 300dpi). The better quality the image, the better the final print will look. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive good quality images. File types accepted: .JPG, .PNG.

- Place Your Order: After finalizing your customization, add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

- Wait for Confirmation: After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with details of your customization and estimated delivery date.

- Receive Your Customized Product: Once your order has been processed and
printed, you'll receive your customized product at the shipping address
provided. Enjoy your personalized item and share it with pride!

For large order, you can benefit from our very competitive decreasing prices and thus reduce the cost of your purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer.

All of our custom orders are exempt from the return policy as they are made to order and personalized to order and cannot be resold.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are individually printed and prepared to order.

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

All parcels are securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Romania: 2–3 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
• European Union: 5–7 business days
• International destinations: delivery times vary depending on location

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, postal delays, or seasonal peak periods.

Delivery time consists of two stages: Production time + Shipping time.

Standard production time: 2–3 business days.
During busy periods or seasonal peaks, production may take up to 7 business days.

Total estimated delivery time (UK/EU): 8–12 business days

Total estimated delivery time (RO): 4–6 business days

Order Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a different address.

CB Print Concept cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, customs procedures, or local postal services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• the outer packaging
• the shipping label
• the damaged item

We will submit a claim to the courier on your behalf and assist you in resolving the issue.

Replacements are only issued if the courier accepts the damage claim.

Refunds are not provided for courier-related damage.
