How to personalise your clock

  1. Upload your photograph or design.
  2. Add your chosen text, if you would like additional personalisation.
  3. Use the “Additional Details” field if you would like to tell us your preferred text positioning.

You can use a family photograph, wedding photograph, pet photo, artwork, logo, illustration or any other image suitable for printing.

For the best results, we recommend clear, high-resolution JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF files.

For the best results, we recommend high-resolution images at approximately 300 DPI at the final print size.

Important Information About Uploaded Images

Images supplied by the customer are used in the form in which they are provided and are adjusted only for size and positioning to suit the selected clock shape.

Photo retouching, background removal or replacement, restoration of damaged images or the creation of complex graphic designs are not included in the product price and may require a separate quotation.

Is the clock mechanism included?

How long does it take to make my order?

This product is made to order and production usually takes 3–5 working days. Shipping/delivery time is additional and will vary depending on the selected delivery method and destination.

Can I return a personalised clock?

Products made to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind. If there is a manufacturing fault or another problem with your order, please contact us.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 👉1 hour of placing the order

• After this time, we may have already ordered the garment or started the design process.

• Once customisation work begins, the order cannot be cancelled

If you need to amend any details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help where feasible.

Returns & Exchanges

All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer.

All of our custom orders are exempt from the return policy as they are made to order and personalized to order and cannot be resold.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are individually printed and prepared to order.

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

All parcels are securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Romania: 2–3 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
  • European Union: 5–7 business days
  • International destinations: delivery times vary depending on location

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, postal delays, or seasonal peak periods.

Delivery time consists of two stages: Production time + Shipping time.

Standard production time: 2–3 business days.
During busy periods or seasonal peaks, production may take up to 7 business days.

Order Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a different address.

CB Print Concept cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, customs procedures, or local postal services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • the shipping label
  • the damaged item

We will submit a claim to the courier on your behalf and assist you in resolving the issue.

Replacements are only issued if the courier accepts the damage claim.

Refunds are not provided for courier-related damage.
