3. Add your message. Keep “Our favourite memories are made together” or enter your own short dedication. Please check all spelling and dates before placing your order.

Your photograph may be cropped and the text size adjusted to suit the layout. The family photograph and wording shown are examples of personalisation.

Can I use a different photograph?

Yes. This design is created using your own photograph. Family portraits, holiday memories and photographs of special occasions are all lovely choices.

Can I change both lines of text?

Yes. You can personalise both the main heading and the smaller message underneath. Short wording works best for a balanced, readable design.

Is the display stand included?

No. The display stand shown in the photographs is for illustration purposes only and is not included.

How do I clean my chopping board?

Hand wash with warm water and mild washing-up liquid, then dry with a soft cloth. Do not soak or use abrasive pads. Avoid extreme temperatures. Not dishwasher safe.

• Orders can only be cancelled within 👉1 hour of placing the order

• After this time, we may have already ordered the garment or started the design process.

• Once customisation work begins, the order cannot be cancelled

All of our custom orders are exempt from the return policy as they are made to order and personalized to order and cannot be resold.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Order Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a different address.

CB Print Concept cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, customs procedures, or local postal services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • the shipping label
  • the damaged item

We will submit a claim to the courier on your behalf and assist you in resolving the issue.

Replacements are only issued if the courier accepts the damage claim.

Refunds are not provided for courier-related damage.
