Please check your email messages for your digital mock-up! If I don't hear from you within the next 24 hours, we will consider your mock-up design approved, and we will send your order to production. Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us right way.Processing time takes 3-5 business day, not including shipping time.If you require urgently your order urgently contact us before purchasing check we have capacity.

It can be machine washed, but care should be taken when choosing the temperature so that it does not fad;

• Do not bleach,
• Do not tumble dry,
• Do not dry clean. ;
• Do not iron decoration, once printed you MUST iron inside out, on the opposite side to the print, on a low heat so you don't scorch the print.

All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer.

All of our custom orders are exempt from the return policy as they are made to order and personalized to order and cannot be resold.

All products are individually printed and prepared to order.

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

All parcels are securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Romania: 2–3 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
• European Union: 5–7 business days
• International destinations: delivery times vary depending on location

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, postal delays, or seasonal peak periods.

Delivery time consists of two stages: Production time + Shipping time.

Standard production time: 2–3 business days.
During busy periods or seasonal peaks, production may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping (UK/EU): 5–7 business days Shipping (RO): 2–3 business days

Total estimated delivery time (UK/EU): 8–12 business days

Total estimated delivery time (RO): 4–6 business days

Order Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a different address.

CB Print Concept cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, customs procedures, or local postal services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• the outer packaging
• the shipping label
• the damaged item

We will submit a claim to the courier on your behalf and assist you in resolving the issue.

Replacements are only issued if the courier accepts the damage claim.

Refunds are not provided for courier-related damage.
