Here's a short guide for customization based on your specific text or design:

1. If you want to add a personalized text, type your message into the designated text box. If you want to print a logo or your own design, click on the ‘’Choose file’’ button, select and upload the file from your device. Send a high quality / resolution image (preferably 300dpi). The better quality the image, the better the final print will look. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive good quality images. File types accepted: .JPG, .PNG.

2. Place Your Order: After finalizing your customization, add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

3. Receive Your Customized Product: Once your order has been processed and printed, you'll receive your customized product at the shipping address provided. Enjoy your personalized item and share it with pride!

* For large order, you can benefit from our very competitive decreasing prices and thus reduce the cost of your purchases.  

Accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. We can then cancel and refund your order. Outside of this timeframe, we can cancel the order, but we won’t be able to refund it.

Returns

No Returns on custom made products. All our custom printed bespoke orders are final and not eligible for returns, these items are exempt from returns policy, due to the fact these are custom made and personalized to order and cannot be resold. 

Delivery

Usually, orders take a maximum of 5 business days to complete and will ship promptly once completed. All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer. Your item(s) will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please be sure that the given address is correct before completing the purchase. We will process your order speedily and it’ll soon be arriving on your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we are proud of our high-quality products. We cannot redirect your items to a third party unless the address is added at checkout.
