1. How long do the temporary tattoos last?

Most tattoos last 3–7 days, depending on skin type, placement, and aftercare.
Some designs may last longer on areas with low friction.

2. Are they waterproof?

Yes — they are water-resistant and hold well during regular washing.
Avoid rubbing the tattoo with soap or abrasive cloths.

3. Are the tattoos safe for skin?

Yes. All materials are EN71 compliant, skin-safe, and suitable for adults and children (under supervision).

4. Can you print larger sizes?

Yes — we can scale any design to the full A4 sheet size.
For oversized tattoos (A3-equivalent), we can print 2 × A4 panels that align into one larger design.
Custom sizing is available on request.

5. Do you offer colour tattoos?

Yes — we offer both black & grey fineline tattoos and full-colour designs, depending on the artwork.

6. How do I remove the tattoo?

Use warm water and soap, or gently rub with baby oil.
Avoid harsh scrubbing.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer UK and International delivery.
All orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Fri) qualify for next-day dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer.

All of our custom orders are exempt from the return policy as they are made to order and personalized to order and cannot be resold.

All products are individually printed and prepared to order.

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

All parcels are securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Order Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a different address.

CB Print Concept cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, customs procedures, or local postal services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• the outer packaging
• the shipping label
• the damaged item

We will submit a claim to the courier on your behalf and assist you in resolving the issue.

Replacements are only issued if the courier accepts the damage claim.

Refunds are not provided for courier-related damage.
