  1. Soundwave Only — minimalist artwork of your audio’s waveform. Optionally add personalised text (song title, artist, date, or message).
  1. Soundwave + QR Code — the artwork plus a scannable QR code. Simply scan with your phone to listen to the original recording anytime.
  1. Soundwave + QR Code + Photo — a complete personalised piece combining your soundwave, QR code, and your chosen photo. Ideal for wedding songs, baby’s first words, or memorial keepsakes.

💡 How it works

You send us your audio (voice, song, message). We design your custom soundwave, apply your chosen colours and text, and (optionally) add a QR code linked to your file — so you can replay the memory whenever you want.

🔗 How to share your audio file (for the QR code)

We need a permanent, shareable link to your audio file in order to generate the QR code.

Quick Guide:

  1. Upload your audio file (MP3, M4A, WAV) to drive.google.com
  2. Right-click → Get link → set to Anyone with the link
  3. Copy and paste the link in your order form

⚠️ Important: If the link is private/restricted, we cannot access your file and your order will be delayed.

Step-by-step instructions (full guide)
  1. Go to drive.google.com
  2. Click “+ New” → “File upload” and select your audio file (MP3, M4A, WAV)
  3. After upload, right-click the file → “Get link”
  4. Change sharing from “Restricted” → “Anyone with the link”
  5. Click “Copy link”
  6. Paste it into the field “Please paste a share link to your file” during checkout

How do I send you my audio file?

Upload your file to Google Drive, set sharing to “Anyone with the link,” and paste the link in your order form. Full instructions above.

Can I add text below the soundwave?

Yes! You can add a personalised message such as a song title, artist name, date, or any special words you want printed under the waveform.

Can I include a QR code to play the audio?

Yes. If you select the QR code option, we generate a scannable code linked to your audio file. Simply scan with any smartphone to listen instantly.

How do I hang my aluminium print on the wall?

Each aluminium print comes ready to display:

  • A4 / A3: lightweight hanging plate or adhesive float mount block
  • A2–A0 (Luxury): professional aluminium subframe for a “floating” gallery look
No visible nails or clips — the artwork appears to float elegantly on the wall.
Do I need a frame?

No frame is required — aluminium prints are sleek and modern with finished edges. For A4 or A3 sizes, you may choose to add a simple wooden frame (black, white, or oak) if you prefer a classic look.

How long does production take?

A4 / A3 prints are ready in 2–3 business days. Larger luxury formats (A2–A0) may take 5–10 business days. Worldwide shipping available.

Customization

Please provide any other information on the personalization boxe.
We will send you proof of the design on a digital mock-up. Upon receiving your design proof, please check to ensure that all information and spelling is correct. We will not be responsible for any errors. Once it is approved, we will produce it. Please check your email messages for your digital mock-up! If I don't hear from you within the next 24 hours, we will consider your mock-up design approved, and we will send yourorder to production.

Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us right away.

Processing time takes 3-5 business day, not including shipping time.

If you require urgently your order urgently contact us before purchasing check we have capacity. 

Cancellations

Accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. We can then cancel and refund your order. Outside of this timeframe, we can cancel the order, but we won’t be able to refund it.

Return and Delivery Policies

Returns

No Returns on custom made products. All our custom printed bespoke orders are final and not eligible for returns, these items are exempt from returns policy, due to the fact these are custom made and personalized to order and cannot be resold. 

Delivery

Usually, orders take a maximum of 5 business days to complete and will ship promptly once completed. All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer. Your item(s) will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please be sure that the given address is correct before completing the purchase. We will process your order speedily and it’ll soon be arriving on your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we are proud of our high-quality products. We cannot redirect your items to a third party unless the address is added at checkout.
