    Artwork Requirements

    • Print-ready file, exact size (we print as supplied; no resizing or rearranging).
    • Formats: PDF (recommended), PNG (transparent), SVG/EPS/AI. Resolution: 300 DPI. Colour: CMYK.
    • Transparent backgrounds for contour/isolated graphics.
    • Optional: Background removal service (£5/design) — simple cutouts only.

    How to Order

    1. Select A4 or A3 and add to cart.
    2. Upload your print-ready file (single design or full gang sheet).
    3. Order by 12:00 PM for same-day dispatch (Mon–Fri).
    4. Cut, press & peel at home or in your studio.

    Application Guide

    Heat Press (recommended): 160–170°C • 12–15 sec • medium pressure • Cold peel after cooling, then quick 3–5 sec final press.

    Household Iron: High/Cotton • No steam • firm pressure ~60–90 sec total • use a thin cotton cloth • always test first on similar fabric.

    Do you arrange my designs into a gang sheet?
    We do not rearrange or cut. We print exactly what you supply. You may upload a ready-to-print gang sheet (A4/A3, 300 DPI, PDF).

    How durable is the print?
    Excellent durability when applied correctly — soft handfeel, great stretch, colours that last.

    Iron vs Heat Press?
    A heat press gives the most consistent results. An iron works with care (no steam, firm pressure, test first).

    What substrates can I use?
    Cotton, polyester, blends; many smooth hard surfaces (wood, cardboard, some metals/glass). Always test before production.

    Customization

    Please provide any other information on the personalization boxe.
    We will send you proof of the design on a digital mock-up. Upon receiving your design proof, please check to ensure that all information and spelling is correct. We will not be responsible for any errors. Once it is approved, we will produce it. Please check your email messages for your digital mock-up! If I don't hear from you within the next 24 hours, we will consider your mock-up design approved, and we will send yourorder to production.

    Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us right away.

    Processing time takes 3-5 business day, not including shipping time.

    If you require urgently your order urgently contact us before purchasing check we have capacity. 

    Cancellations

    Accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. We can then cancel and refund your order. Outside of this timeframe, we can cancel the order, but we won’t be able to refund it.

    Return and Delivery Policies

    Returns

    No Returns on custom made products. All our custom printed bespoke orders are final and not eligible for returns, these items are exempt from returns policy, due to the fact these are custom made and personalized to order and cannot be resold. 

    Delivery

    Usually, orders take a maximum of 5 business days to complete and will ship promptly once completed. All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer. Your item(s) will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please be sure that the given address is correct before completing the purchase. We will process your order speedily and it’ll soon be arriving on your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we are proud of our high-quality products. We cannot redirect your items to a third party unless the address is added at checkout.
