Artwork & Design Upload Policy

Scope
This policy applies to any order where you upload or provide artwork, photos, logos, text, or instructions for a custom or personalised print.

1. Rights & permissions
By submitting any artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to use it, or you have written permission from the copyright/trademark holder. You agree to indemnify CB Print Concept Ltd against any claims arising from the content you provide.

2. We do not verify ownership
CB Print Concept Ltd does not verify ownership, licences, or permissions for customer-provided content. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe third-party rights or includes prohibited content.

3. File quality & print readiness
You are responsible for ensuring your files are print-ready. Common issues that affect results include:

  • Low resolution (pixelation/blurring)
  • Incorrect dimensions or aspect ratio
  • Compression artefacts (e.g., screenshots, heavily compressed images)
  • Thin lines or small text that may not reproduce cleanly
  • Unintended transparent areas or backgrounds
If you are unsure, request a paid artwork check before production.

4. What we print
We print the artwork as submitted at checkout (or via approved communication) unless you purchase a design/editing service. Minor alignment adjustments may be made only when required for production, without altering your design intent.

5. Proofs and approvals
If a digital proof/preview is provided, you must review it carefully. Approval confirms you accept:

  • Spelling, names, dates, and layout
  • Colours as displayed (see our Print Quality & Colour Disclaimer)
  • Final placement, sizing, and orientation
Once approved, the order proceeds to production and cannot be cancelled or changed.

6. Customer mistakes
We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided text, images, or instructions (including spelling, wrong dates, wrong names, or wrong file version). Such issues are not considered production defects.

7. Prohibited content
We do not accept artwork that includes hate, harassment, illegal content, explicit sexual content, or content that infringes copyrights/trademarks. We may cancel and refund the order if production has not started.

8. Communication & files
Only the files attached/uploaded at checkout (or explicitly confirmed as “final”) are used for production. We cannot be responsible for files sent after production begins.
