Processing time takes 3-5 business day, not including shipping time.

If you require urgently your order urgently contact us before purchasing check we have capacity. 

Cancellations

Accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. We can then cancel and refund your order. Outside of this timeframe, we can cancel the order, but we won’t be able to refund it.

Returns

No Returns on custom made products. All our custom printed bespoke orders are final and not eligible for returns, these items are exempt from returns policy, due to the fact these are custom made and personalized to order and cannot be resold. 

Delivery

Usually, orders take a maximum of 5 business days to complete and will ship promptly once completed. All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer. Your item(s) will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please be sure that the given address is correct before completing the purchase. We will process your order speedily and it’ll soon be arriving on your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we are proud of our high-quality products. We cannot redirect your items to a third party unless the address is added at checkout.
