Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 👉1 hour of placing the order

• After this time, we may have already ordered the garment or started the design process.

• Once customisation work begins, the order cannot be cancelled

If you need to amend any details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help where feasible.

Return and Delivery Policies

Delivery

Usually, orders take a maximum of 5 business days to complete except during peak seasons when it may take up to a maximum of 7 days.

All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer. Your item(s) will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please be sure that the given address is correct before completing the purchase. We will process your order speedily and it’ll soon be arriving on your doorstep.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we are proud of our high-quality products. We cannot redirect your items to a third party unless the address is added at checkout. 

Returns & Exchanges

Because this is a personalised product, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a printing error caused by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with clear photos of

  • the outer packaging
  • the shipping label
  • the damaged item

We will submit a damage claim to the courier on your behalf.

Replacements are only issued if the courier accepts the damage claim.

Refunds are not provided for courier-related damage.
