Paper: We pride ourselves on our unique range of
exceptionally high-quality art papers. You can choose from 2 options:

  • Lustre Paper (Slight Gloss)

A beautiful paper which will make the dark colours pop and has a gentle silky shine to it. This finish is somewhere between Matte and Gloss and is probably the perfect paper to choose if you're not sure which to pick. Luster paper has a slight texture that adds depth to the image without compromising sharpness, making it ideal for displaying a wide range of photographs, from portraits to landscapes. It provides good contrast and saturation, while also offering a fingerprint-resistant surface, making it suitable for handling and displaying prints without worrying about smudges or fingerprints. Overall, luster paper strikes a balance between the vividness of glossy paper and the subtlety of matte paper, making it a versatile option for photographers seeking a professional look for their prints.

  • Textured Natural Paper (Matte)

Textured matte paper for photography offers a unique tactile feel and a non-reflective surface, making it ideal for showcasing images with a classic, artistic appeal. The textured surface adds depth and character to prints, enhancing the overall aesthetic and creating a sense of luxury. Its matte finish minimizes glare and fingerprints, ensuring that the focus remains on the image itself. Perfect for capturing fine details and rich colors, textured matte paper adds a timeless elegance to any photograph.

Note     

  • If your photo is a different aspect ratio to the size chosen, the photo will be centred so you may lose some edges of the photo.*
  • The images are informative and the colours may differ from screen to screen. 
  •  We recommend that you first measure the wall on which the custom paintings will be placed so that they fit perfectly.

Delivery

This item is dispatched rolled in a postal tube via royal mail (for A3) and flat in a card backed envelope (for A4 and A5) 

Customization

How it works? 

  • Send a high quality / resolution image (preferably 300dpi). The better quality the image, the better the final print will look. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive good quality images. File types accepted: .JPG, .PNG. If you have any questions about sending the image / image size / quality, please email us. The better quality the image, the better the final print will look. Please ensure you have carefully checked the details as we will not be querying the spelling or grammar. 
  • All orders customized with your design and details will be proofed and agreed before printing. Therefore, we will send you the digital proof of your invitation to see what your invite will look like with your specific details on ahead of printing. You will receive a watermarked png file (which isn’t editable). No physical item will be sent. 
  • Once we have your approval your order will be shipped, usually within 2-5 working days. Please note, this is the amount of time it will take us to process (design & print) your order, there will be an additional 1-3 day delivery (depending on what postal service you purchase) on top of this.  
  • If you require your order urgently contact us before purchasing to check we have capacity. 

Cancellations

Accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. We can then cancel and refund your order. Outside of this timeframe, we can cancel the order, but we won’t be able to refund it.

Return and Delivery Policies

 Returns & Exchanges

All items will be carefully checked before sending out to the customer.

All of our custom orders are exempt from the return policy as they are made to order and personalized to order and cannot be resold.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are individually printed and prepared to order.

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

All parcels are securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Romania: 2–3 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
  • European Union: 5–7 business days
  • International destinations: delivery times vary depending on location

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, postal delays, or seasonal peak periods.

Important Information

Delivery time consists of two stages: Production time + Shipping time.

Standard production time: 2–3 business days.
During busy periods or seasonal peaks, production may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping time:

Shipping (UK/EU): 5–7 business days Shipping (RO): 2–3 business days

Total estimated delivery time (UK/EU): 8–12 business days

Total estimated delivery time (RO): 4–6 business days

Order Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a different address.

CB Print Concept cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, customs procedures, or local postal services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • the shipping label
  • the damaged item

We will submit a claim to the courier on your behalf and assist you in resolving the issue.

Replacements are only issued if the courier accepts the damage claim.

Refunds are not provided for courier-related damage.
